We are finally back from an 8 day vacation. Scotland was amazing! And London was awesome, just ALOT of hard work with traveling in London with a baby! Having to carrying the stroller up and down all of those stairs in the underground is ALOT of work! Luckily there were alot of nice people there to help if Drew was unable to give me a hand. And Little Drew screamed like everytime we were on the underground or on the train or bus. He got ALOT of attention from people. He learned to shake everyone's hand. People would always try and help him stop crying.
I don't know how long it is going to take me to finish writing about our trip in this blog, but I will conitue it later. May take a couple of days.... :)
Just a place for us to go to keep our families updated on life while stationed over seas. :)

Family Picture
Today we went to church and it went well. It was fast and testimony meeting. I really like to try and make it to time to Sacrament on the first Sundays because fast and testimony meetings gives me the upliftment that I need. When we got home from church today, before everyone undressed or became a mess, we took family pictures. And I was just going to post those on here.

Getting Ready For The Trip!
Drew and Spanky (our dog) fell asleep on the couch last night, Lil' Drew was in his crib asleep and I was finishing up some stuff on the computer last night before I realized I could have the whole bed to myself! So I logged off and hurried up and got ready for bed. I layed there relaxing and as I felt myself start to drift into slumber I heard crying which eventually turned into screaming. So I got up to feed Lil' Drew. Once I picked him up out of his crib I noticed his nose was quite runny. He didn't feel good and just wanted to be cuddled and ended up sleeping the whole night with me in the bed. I got like 3 hours of sleep. I hope and I pray it is just a runny nose and not the start of a cold!
We have to get up EARLY Tuesday morning to drive to the airport. We are going to Scotland and stay there a couple of days then take a train from there to London, Englnd! And we will be staying in London a couple of days too. I have already been to London with a friend but Drew has not been yet. We are so excited about going! Thats why I am keeping an eye on Lil' Drew to make sure he is not sick. Yesterday we stopped by a store here in Bitburg called Kick and got him some boy "tights" to help keep his legs warmer. I also sewed something to help keep him warm. It is a fleece thing, almost like a pillowcase with a hole in the middle to put the stroller straps through to help keep the cold air off of his legs. We will be sure and take alot of pictures and write an entry in the blog about of trip, I am so EXCITED!! And I am looking forward to eating some GOOD fish and chips again! Mmmm!
One thing that I was going to try and get us to do as a family this weekend, besides packing, was to kind of get "like" outfits on and take some sort of cute pictures for Christmas so we can make our own Christmas cards. It sounded easy last night when I was planning it all out. I was even thinking about us setting the tree up and taking pictures of us doing that.
Here it is the end of the day and as I was unwinding I realized I forgot to record something very important in my blog that happened this week! Lil' Drew is getting around so good. He crawls around like a pro. He loves crawling up to the couch and pulling himself up on his knees and then from there he gets onto his feet. He will stand by the couch and slowly work his feet to where he is on the other end, either to me or our dog Spanky. And we ran into Brother Frost from church tonight while we were at Pizza Hut on the Spangdahlem Base and he said he could not believe how BIG he has gotten! (Lil' Drew gets that ALOT from people!)
Let me see if I can find a recent picture of him to post on here for y'all to see.

Something New
I did not have the time to get on yesterday and post something new that Lil' Drew has learned. He will crawl around and will sit up all on his own! I was wondering the other day when he would start doing that and as soon as you know it he is doing it! Still no teeth. Tonight we are going to carve our pumkin! Hopefully I will get to take some pictures and post them on here! Oh, and for Halloween we are dressing him up as a farmer!
This is his Farmer Hat that I found at AirMan's Attic. I LOVE this picture of him! I just love him so much!

This is in the NickLand section of Movie Land, like 45 minutes outside of Koln, Germany
We went to this amusement park for Drew's 28th birthday
They had alot of Halloween activities in the kids' section for them to make and take home with them. We did not get to make a scare crow though :(
Also in the kids' section. You get an apple out of the water and they put caramel on it for you!
The nice lady helping the kids with the scar crows
They did a good job decorating!
In the beginning when we first got there. Me and Lil' Drew

Updates
I don't even remember the last time I wrote in this blog! I am getting so bad at this! I have been so busy with making sure our Little Drew doesn't get into everything that it is not even funny! He is EVERYWHERE! And this week he crawled into his bedroom for the first time! Last night he was going down the hallway, I guess he was wanting to take a bath! :) We've really been working (slowly) on de-cluttering our home! We got rid of like 4 bags of clothes, papers and junk! After I get through writing in here I am going to work on getting rid of more! I just really want to get everything cleaned up enough to where I can re-arrange the living room. Little Drew just LOVES getting into cords! So I have had to put drawers by the tv to put the electrical cords on top of them.
Drew's birthday is coming up! On the 21st of October he will be 28 and for his birthday we are going away! We will be leaving like during the second week of November, when his PT test is gone and over with and when he will be done with his classes! We are first going to be flying into Scotland! And then I think staying a night there and a whole day. Then the following night we will take a train to LONDON!!! I cannot wait!!! And we will be spending 5 days there! I went to London last year with a girl Robyn who goes to church with us and I was pregnant then. I just think I will be able to enjoy it more this time around! And it will be nice to go with my best friend in the entire world! Little Drew will be 8 months by the time we end up going.
Last night I had a dream that Little Drew's first tooth started coming thru. He still does not even have a sign of a tooth yet. But that is totally fine with me because it makes breast feeding that much easier! He has been pretty fussy lately and biting everything! So anytime now.

On The Move!
Well, it is official! Our little man is on the move crawling! He has been getting around fast but he has mostly been rolling everywhere. Tonight as he was on the floor by my feet I watched him to see how he was moving around now and he was actually crawling! Just wanted to get on here really quick and post this before I forgot. :)

Long Time
It has been so long since I have posted in the blog! Little Drew has grown so much! When we took him to the Doc a coupleof weeks ago he weighed 18.5 pounds and was 27 inches long! He can do so much now! His favorite play time activity would have to be bath time! He LOVES taking baths! He rolls from his back to stomach so fast and he LOVES splashing with his hands when he is on his stomach and then when he is on his back he kicks his legs like crazy splashing! It is so fun to watch! I love him so much!
Yesterday he was SO TALKATIVE!!! It seems he had ALOT to tell his "Dada" He would say "Da-da...Dada" Until he got his Daddy's attention and then just babble on like he just saw the coolest thing! It was so sweet!
He LOVES his Veggie Tales also! Over the weekend we turned on a sound track to it that had the theme song and he was looking at the TV trying to figure out where it was coming from! We got an exersaucer for him over the weekend and he was standing in that when we put on the Veggie Tales tape and he stood up straight when the theme song came on and he started laughing and dancing around! During the week he watches PlayHouse Disney and they play lots of good shows for the toddler age kids. He loves the show "Mickey Mouse Club House" (I think thats what it is called anyways) And he loves for you to read books to him! We have already started a nice collection of books for him.
During the day I try and get some sort of exercise in and of corse involve him in it. He is at the point now where I have to entertain him alot of the time so we will turn on some dancing music and dance, and he loves it! He will laugh as we dance around the living room together. Or I will lay on the couch and lift him up over my head and he laughs as I keep lifting him up and down. Its so fun playing with him!
He LOVES eating! The Doc said he can pretty much eat anything we eat, except honey, just as long as we grind it up for him. Every morning he either eats grits or oatmeal. And for dinner he usually just eats whatever we have. And over the weekend I made pancakes so I just put the left overs in a zip lock bag and froze them so I could use them at a later date. So if he needs a snack or something I just warm one of those up for him and give him that.
Now he can get on his hands and knees at the same time! And it seems just over the weekend he started rocking himself on his hands and knees.
Well I need to get going but I figured I needed to get on here and do some up dating while I had the chance to.
